Here’s one that’s been hanging around.. Overpriced at the start but now it’s priced to roll!! My guess is a cash deal will take it for around 190k..

As predicted this one is “Under Contract”. However.. the deal is not tight. The lender has agreed to a financing contingency, I have a bad feeling about this one. Cash Buyers should stay tuned.. It may come back at the end of the week.
